Infrabel – Information Session

Client: Infrabel
Sector: Railway Infrastructure & Public Engagement
Location: Various cities and municipalities in Belgium
Format: Small-scale, in-person neighborhood meetings

About the project

As the manager of the Belgian railway infrastructure, Infrabel regularly carries out major infrastructure works that impact local communities. Transparent communication with local residents is essential in this regard.

In this context, TMAB Business Events supports Infrabel in organizing neighborhood-oriented information sessions across Belgium. These sessions are designed to inform residents about planned works, timing, mobility impact, and anticipated measures, while providing a structured space for dialogue and questions.

This initiative plays a crucial role in building trust, clarity, and engagement around infrastructure projects that directly affect citizens' daily lives.

The role of TMAB Business Events

TMAB acts as Infrabel's operational event partner, ensuring consistent, professional, and efficient execution across multiple locations and municipalities.

Our responsibilities include:

  • Location scouting & local coordination: identifying and booking suitable community venues for small-scale resident meetings (schools, municipal halls, community centers).
  • Operational planning: managing practical logistics such as room setup, signage, audiovisual equipment, and visitor flow.
  • Registration & reception management: support for on-site welcoming and coordination of participants, if required.
  • Technical support: providing clear sound systems, presentation materials, and visual support tailored to accessible public communication.
  • Scalability & consistency: replicating a standardized yet flexible event model across all sessions in various regions.

A decentralized yet structured approach

Organizing dozens of small-scale events requires a highly structured framework. TMAB guarantees operational continuity, clear planning templates, and efficient communication between Infrabel's project teams and local stakeholders.

Each session is limited in size on its own, but together they form a major national effort in terms of civic engagement.
