Context
From January to June 2024, Belgium held the Presidency of the Council of the European Union. This period provided a strategic opportunity to highlight Belgium's role as a reliable and constructive EU Member State, while also showcasing its national expertise and organizational capacity at the European level.
For all defense-related activities in the context of the presidency, the Belgian Defense Ministry established Task Force TF24, responsible for the preparation, coordination, and execution of a series of high-level international events.
Following a public procurement procedure, TMAB Business Events was appointed as the official event partner to support the organization of fourteen key Defense activities linked to the Presidency.

The program required the organization of numerous high-profile events with European ministers, defense representatives, international delegations, and senior institutional stakeholders. The events demanded strict adherence to protocols, security coordination, high production quality, and flawless operational execution within fixed deadlines and budgetary constraints.
In addition, the evolving political and operational context required continuous flexibility and rapid adaptation, while maintaining absolute reliability.
