On October 17, 2025, The Egg Brussels blossomed into The Secret Garden: a world where imagination unfolded like petals and where 1,100 colleagues from the Federal Pension Service gathered to celebrate connection, dedication, and joy. At TMAB Business Events, we were honored to shape this enchanting staff party, from the initial welcome to the final dance.
From the early afternoon, guests arrived in a wave of color, with many dressing in line with the garden theme, transforming the venue into a vibrant display of blooming creativity. The celebration opened with a warm and cozy lunch, offering colleagues the opportunity to reconnect, share stories, and fully embrace the atmosphere of the day. A carefully curated DJ soundtrack drifted through the space, setting a tone that was both serene and festive.
As the afternoon progressed, the atmosphere naturally evolved from calm to celebratory. Conversations deepened, laughter increased, and the gathering gradually transformed into a lively dance party, allowing colleagues to take a brief break from their daily routine and embrace the rhythm of the moment. For those preferring a more relaxed pace, TMAB created a serene corner within The Secret Garden: a soft retreat where guests could pause, breathe, and enjoy casual conversations away from the dance floor. To keep energy levels high throughout the day, savory snacks were served in the afternoon, ensuring every guest felt cared for and comfortable as the celebration continued to flourish.
Behind the scenes, TMAB ensured that every detail contributed to this seamless experience. We managed venue coordination, supervised catering, organized security and first aid services, and coordinated manned registration and cloakroom operations. Our goal was clear: to create a celebration where everyone felt welcome, carefree, and genuinely appreciated.
By the end of the evening, The Secret Garden had become more than just a theme: it had grown into a shared memory, a place where colleagues found one another, celebrated together, and danced beneath an imaginary canopy of petals and possibilities.
