EU Drone Days – Event Lounge Brussels.

On the occasion of the launch of the European Commission's Drone 2.0 strategy, the DG MOVE department, together with SESAR 3 JU, organized a two-day conference at the Event Lounge in Brussels on November 29 and 30, 2022. In addition to the conference, there was a massive exhibition featuring more than 30 exhibitors and two life-sized passenger drones.
This event drew approximately 350 participants on both days, primarily members of the European drone community, policymakers, and press from Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Romania, etc. European Commissioner for Transport Adina Vălean opened the conference.
The objectives of the event were:
- Highlighting the launch of the European Drone 2.0 strategy;
- Providing a platform for the European drone community to discuss and examine the industry's readiness for U-space implementation;
- Demonstrating the results of the SESAR 2020 U-space research program and promoting the role of SESAR 3 JU in realizing U-space.


TMAB was responsible for the complete coordination of this event:
- Organization, attendance, and reporting of preparatory meetings with all suppliers, staff, and security;
- Contact and follow-up with all involved suppliers: security, staff, technical equipment and services, catering, transport, venue, printing, gadgets, furniture, photographer, etc.;
- Administrative and logistical support: catering, layout, decoration, etc.;
- Complete hybrid organization and coordination of ordered services and requirements within the framework of the event;
- Organization of reception and registrations (badges, cloakroom, etc.);
- Guidance and support for speakers and participants;
- Assembly and dismantling of the exhibition – including all logistical elements for the passenger drones (cranes, forklifts, etc.).
