On March 5 and 6, 2024, the Clean Aviation JU Annual Forum was held at Docks Dome in Brussels. This two-day event welcomed over 600 participants, featuring predominantly live speakers alongside a few virtual presenters from countries such as Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Slovakia, and more.
TMAB's responsibilities included:
- Benchmarking and venue selection;
- Management, installation, and dismantling of 10 to 20 innovative hardware items and
mock-ups provided by Clean Aviation JU members; - Comprehensive management of all involved suppliers and partners: catering, A/V, furniture,
decoration, personnel, accommodation, flights, transport and transfers, and security; - Visual identity and derivative materials;
- Development of the online registration platform, as well as the creation, printing, and distribution of badges;
- Communication with participants, speakers, and moderators (both online and on-site);
Design and management of visual materials and print items (posters, brochures, programs, templates, etc.); - Audiovisual production
- Complete management of all technical support during the forum (online and live);
- Transport and accommodation for speakers, moderators, keynotes, and VIPs;
- General logistical coordination;
- Organization of all preparatory meetings with Clean Aviation;
reporting and financial management.
