Paris Airshow – Le Bourget
Client: Clean Aviation Joint Undertaking
Location: Le Bourget, Paris
Sector: Research & innovation in sustainable aviation
Date: 16-22/06/2025
In 2025 (and previously in 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2023), TMAB organized a high-level international event and exhibition stand for the Clean Aviation Joint Undertaking, once again in close collaboration with the European Commission. This took place during the Paris Air Show 2025, held from June 16 to 22, 2025, at Le Bourget (Paris). This achievement underlines our continuity and expertise in organizing complex, large-scale aviation exhibitions within a European institutional context.
On June 17, 2025, TMAB organized the event 'Clean Aviation JU – EASA Certification Readiness Level' at the Paris Air Lab, attended by over 100 invited guests and running parallel to the exhibition stand at the Paris Air Show. TMAB managed the complete event direction, bringing together leading players from the aviation sector—from start-ups and OEMs to European institutions—to discuss how disruptive technologies can be made market-ready.
The panel discussion, moderated by Sébastien Dubois (Clean Aviation JU), welcomed participants including Magda Kopczyńska (DG MOVE, European Commission), Florian Guillermet (EASA), Riccardo Procacci (Avio Aero), Ivor van Dartel (Væridion), Sabine Klauke (Airbus), and Serge Berenger (Thales). Together, they explored innovative solutions for aviation toward 2035, focusing on the challenges and collaboration frameworks necessary to turn groundbreaking ideas into market-ready products.

TMAB provided all necessary materials and handled the complete technical production and overall event management, resulting in a smooth and professionally organized session.
TMAB was responsible for the complete coordination of the joint stand of the Clean Aviation Joint Undertaking & the European Commission, in close collaboration with the European Commission's stand builder:

- Organization, participation in, and reporting of preparatory meetings with all suppliers and involved staff (fair organization, stand builder, catering services, shuttle services, technical suppliers, CAJU member associations, etc.);
- Contact and follow-up with all involved suppliers;
- Administrative and logistical support: logistical coordination and transport of hardware for all members, catering, furniture, decoration, branding, and technical equipment;
- Stand and exhibition management: assembly and disassembly of hardware, reservation of meeting rooms, organization of Walking Tours, branding, etc.;
- Guidance for speakers and participants (briefing, coordination, reception, and support, etc.);
- Construction and dismantling of the exhibition stand.
