Clean Aviation Annual Forum 2026
Client:Clean Aviation Joint Undertaking
Location: Egmont Palace , Brussels
Date: March 17–18, 2026
On March 17 and 18, 2026, the Clean Aviation JU Annual Forum took place at the prestigious Egmont Palace in Brussels. This annual conference brings together the key stakeholders from the European aviation sector, including representatives from European institutions, industry, research centers, project partners, and policymakers. The event is entirely dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and the ongoing transition to climate-neutral aviation.
The two-day forum kicked off with a joint networking lunch, where participants had the opportunity to meet one another in an informal setting and exchange ideas. This was followed by an extensive conference program featuring inspiring keynote speeches, presentations on ongoing research and innovation projects, and engaging panel discussions on the future of sustainable aviation. International experts and industry leaders shared their insights on technological developments, regulations, collaboration models, and the challenges on the path toward a low-carbon aviation sector.
Throughout both days, participants were also able to visit an extensive exhibition area, where innovative aviation technologies, demonstrators, and research findings were showcased. This exhibition served as an important platform for knowledge sharing and interaction among the various stakeholders within the European aviation ecosystem.

The first day of the conference concluded with an exclusive evening dinner for invited guests, held in an atmospheric setting. This dinner provided a unique opportunity for high-level networking and fostered further knowledge exchange and collaboration among representatives from industry, research institutions, and European policymakers.
