BIPT Staff Party

The annual BIPT Staff Party took place in Aalst and brought together more than 220 employees and executives from the Belgian Institute for Postal Services and Telecommunications (BIPT) for a day dedicated to team spirit, relaxation, and building connections. The event gave employees the opportunity to get to know each other better in an informal setting and to share unique experiences together outside the workplace.
In the morning, participants could choose from a wide range of activities tailored to a variety of interests and physical abilities:
- City Golf in the City Center
- Tasting Walk
- Nature Walk
- Magic Workshop
- Laser Battle
- Escape Game
- After the activities concluded, all participants gathered for a reception and lunch together.
TMAB was responsible for the complete coordination of this event:
- Organizing and coordinating the entire program of activities, including participant registration, scheduling, and briefings;
- Liaising with and following up on all vendors, including event partners, caterers, transportation providers, and venues;
- Organizing, participating in, and reporting on preparatory meetings with the client and all relevant suppliers;
- Administrative and logistical support;
- Coordinating the reception of all participants and providing support throughout the entire event;
- Organization of the reception and lunch, including catering coordination and venue setup;
- A permanent on-site presence for operational support, quality control, and troubleshooting;
- Coordination of setup and teardown, and oversight of all logistical processes before, during, and after the event.
