BIPT Staff Party

This annual staff party took place in Aalst and brought together more than 220 employees and executives from the Belgian Institute for Postal Services and Telecommunications (BIPT) for a day focused on team spirit, relaxation, and building connections. The event gave employees the opportunity to get to know each other better in an informal setting and to share unique experiences together outside the workplace.
In the morning, participants could choose from a diverse range of activities tailored to various interests and physical capabilities:
- City Golf in the city center
- Tasting walk
- Nature walk
- Magic Workshop
- Laser Battle
- Escape Game
- Following the activities, all participants gathered for a joint reception and lunch.
TMAB was responsible for the complete coordination of this event:
- Composition and coordination of the complete activity program, including participant registration, planning, and briefing;
- Contact and follow-up with all suppliers, including activity partners, caterer, transport, and venues;
- Organization of, participation in, and reporting on preparatory meetings with the client and all involved suppliers;
- Administrative and logistical support;
- Coordination of the reception of all participants and guidance throughout the entire event;
- Organization of the reception and lunch, including catering coordination and venue setup;
- Continuous on-site presence for operational support, quality control, and troubleshooting;
- Coordination of setup and teardown and follow-up of all logistical processes before, during, and after the event.
