The first edition of ArcGis Academy in Belgium mainly focused on a solid knowledge transfer around the full range of ArcGIS products. Potential new customers and existing customers got a better context through presentations, demos, hands-on training sessions and contact with implementing companies ip the exhibition floor.
The goals of the event were:

- Day 2: users, technical profiles

- Day 1: 230 people
- Day 2: 260 people
TMAB was responsible for the complete coordination of this event:
- Organization and coordination of all vendors and staff - before, during and after the event: venue, technicians, catering, support staff, shuttle services,...;
- Communications: registration page, event website, database, and registration management, sending out communications to extensive databases, 24/7 help desk;
- Full technical support from our Event Production team: preparation of script, intro video, inter-sides, set-up and take-down, technical permanence and coordination of direction, stage management;
- Development of event visual and derivatives;
- Production of personalized material (reboard, beach flags, registration desk, goodies,...);
- Provision of keynote speaker;
- Booth designs, partner contracts (sponsorship recruitment, contracts, finances), set-up and take-down, complete coordination of the exhibition floor;
- Concept, erection and dismantling of furniture and decoration.
